The House on Mason Street

[hiyoko]

Waking up from his slumber, Eudemon sniffs the air. He pauses as he smells four different scents in the air. Rising to his paws, he races out of the room and through the maze of halls. But as he reaches the source of three of the scents, he slows down and creeps his around a door to look in the room. He sees three forms, but from the angle he's at he can't make out what they are.

"What are you doing here?" His green eyes watching the three in front of him, incase they are dangerous.

[Song]

Peri jolts, hearing a thumping above her. She steadied herself and began to feel her way around. It felt like a...cellar. She tried to find the stairs.

Spero moaned slightly. She opened her eyes, and saw the creature in front of her. Yelping, she jumped up and stared.

[hiyoko]

Eudemon looks at the three small creatures in front of him. The yelping of the blue and white didn't faze him, as he is well use to those reactions when others see him.

"You three don't seem dangerous, but what brought you in here?"

[Song]

After realizing that Thread and Ribbon wouldn't respond, Spero decided to take initiative. Boldly, she stepped forward. "I came with my friend because I've been having nightmares about this place. The only reason I'm still here is because she disappeared." She paused, thinking she heard shouts, but dismissing it as the creaking of the house.

Peri began to pound everywhere. There were no stairs. She would die here, trapped and alone and in the dark...

[hiyoko]

Pondering for a second, Eudemon thinks over the white and blue Fencat's words.

"Interesting, though not surprising. This place is not what it seems, there are halls that lead nowhere and doors that take you back to once you started."

He turns away from the small group and sniffs the air. "Have you tried sniffing your friend out?"

[Song]

Spero's nose twitched. "Not really..." She looked at Thread and Ribbon, wondering if they were alright. They had been extremely quiet ever since the new creature came. She sighed and stepped closer to Eudemon. "Who are you?"

[hiyoko]

Eudemon looks back, his green eyes practically looking through the Fencat. "My name is Eudemon." He raises his head once again. "I think I smell you're friend, but it's faint so I'm not positive."

Ribbon started clawing at the floor, he didn't know why, but something was telling him to go down. Thread swiped her paw at his head, "Stop that!" but Ribbon just ignored her.

[Song]

Spero looked at Eudemon, her green eyes glowing a little. "Where?" Voice soft, slightly threatening, she questioned the Ryuki. Her attention was torn away by Ribbon and Thread. "What?" Tilting her head, she tried to figure out what Ribbon had just said.

"Somethings down..." He said as he continued to dig at the floor.

[Song]

Spero jumped up, eyes wide. "Peri!" She shouted, and held her ear close to the floor. A muffled shout and thump answered her. "She's down there!.."

[hiyoko]

Eudemon walks over to where the little one was digging. "I'm not sure that will do the trick. But I think I know what, or rather who, can." Raising his head up, Eudemon takes a deep breath and howls loudly.



A loud yawn is heard. "What is it that you want Eudemon?" A small tri-colored Fey spirit appears. "I was just having the best dream, there was milk everywhere and all the beautiful females I could want." Realizing that there are others around, Salem turns his attention to them. "Who are they?"

Eudemon shakes his head. "They're friends and they need your help." He points to where the other was digging. "You think you can help her out?"

Salem walks over to where the fey with the red ribbon is. He taps the wooden floor. "I can, it isn't very hard, but what do I get out of it?" Looking questionably at Eudemon.

Rolling his green eyes, the Ryuki nods his head. "Fine, fine. Just help them out."

Smirking, the fey spirit lowers his head. "Everyone, stand back, you might get hurt. Then he jumps in the air and spins around in mid air and crashes down. Smoke fills the room.

Coughing, Eudemon asks "You okay Salem?"

Silence. Then a reply. "Yeah, but now my paw hurts!" His whine almost fills the room.

Sighing, Eudemon walks over to the hole. "So you're fine I assume?"

"Huh, yeah."

Thread blushed as Salem walked over to her, "Are you okay?" she asked him. Ribbon rolled his eyes but looked down in the hole but couldn't see anything. He jumped down letting out a puff of air to soften his landing "Come on Thread, I'll catch you." He looks around the room while he waits for her to jumps down. When she was just about a foot and a half from the floor, he released a puff of air that cushioned her landing. "Spero, whenever you want, you can jump on down, I'll catch you." then he turned to Ribbon, "Look around, find Peri if you can." and Ribbon set off around the room.

Raising to his feet, Salem looks around the dark room. Though his attention is more so focused on the pretty female in front of him. "So your name is Thread? That's a pretty name for pretty girl like yourself." Salem's tail softly brushes against Thread.

[Song]

Carefully, Spero examined Eudemon. She didn't know why, but she felt she could trust him. Sighing, Spero jumped down, avoiding the trio. She landed hard on her feet and began to shout for Peri.

Peri turned towards the loud crash, terrified. Then she heard Spero. "Spero!" Screaming, she ran towards the group.
